Sticky Keys are a feature within the web-based IntelliDealer System that allows filtered search data to be stored and used by default or loaded manually, when needed. This feature is available in the following modules:
Customer Profile, Equipment Profile, Work Orders, Parts Profile, Parts Invoicing, and Parts Requisitions.
The Stickies are separate for each of these modules and can be kept within your profile or shared for others to be able to use.
Create (Save) a Sticky
To create a sticky, in one of the modules noted above,
Set the field settings for what is to be filtered, i.e. Status, Location, City, etc.
Click on the Gear, in the upper right-hand corner, click Sticky and select Save As
Name the Sticky setting, or select Overwrite Existing and select the Sticky to be overwritten and click Save
Check Default if it should automatically be loaded when the module is loaded
Stickys can also be manually loaded when requested.
Check Sharable if you want the Sticky to be available for other users as well
Manually Set (Load) a Sticky
To Set a sticky, in one of the modules noted above,
Click on the Gear, in the upper right-hand corner, click Sticky and select Load
Select the Sticky from My Stickies or change to Other Stickies to load Stickies from other users
Click Load to set the Sticky
Notes:
Other Sticky settings include options to Manage, Update Stickies and/or Reset filter options
Location and region information are NOT saved as part of a Sticky state.
Only one Sticky can be set as Default for each module
