Share Document to email as PDF from Word

 Sometimes you want to send a file as a PDF from Word via email to a recipient in one motion instead of saving the file to the system and then attaching it to a new e-mail.

You click on the 'Share' option, and may be expecting to see this pop-up ...


but instead you get the following Share pop-up ...


The expected pop-up shows when the file is new and 'UnSaved' ... the Share pop-up is shown when the file has already been saved to the user's local system.The Attach a PDF copy option is still available, even though it is not directly seen.


Click on the '3 dots' in the upper right-hand corner of the Share pop-up to display options similar to the options shown above in the expected pop-up:


Select the 'Send a copy' option to reveal the options initially expected:
